| Description | "I will bring with me everything, hopefully, I will need on computer tape to complete a book on baptismal instruction in the Carolingian period. I do sometimes wonder if I have acted wisely in spending so much time getting all the microfilm and typing in the variants of every manuscript of every text. I certainly do have an enormous amount of material to wade through, and I think, with God's grace, to make some interesting comments on the way the Christian faith was received and perceived in the Carolingian period. I hope there will be time at Davidson to get at this quickly, although I am prepared for delays." | |
