Congregants had the opportunity to list their name, address, occupation, and family members, as well as what Type of member they were (PM=preparatory membership, FM=full membership, NM=non-member) and How they had been received as a member (PF=Profession of Faith, PM=Preparatory Membership, OD=received from an Other Denomination, R=Restored, CT=Certificate of Transfer from another Methodist church).

Some members' records also list how they were Removed from membership at DMUMC, whether by OD (Other Denomination), D (Death), EXP (Expulsion), W (Withdrawal), RQC (Removed Quarterly Conference Action), or CT (Certificate of Transfer).
