| Description | Just outside of Kos Town, down the beach road, and across the street from the beach itself, was a clearly labeled, fenced off (but open) site called "Ancient Basilica St. Gabriel." Here Dr. Keefe notes she found a font, as described, in the southwest annex of the church, whose apse and aisles could be clearly made out. | |
