Description |
Looking toward apse in east. Baptistery in NW corner, according to Volanakis. From Dr. Keefe's journal: "I found Church A easily right by museum and it's well preserved. A French professional photographer was only other person there taking photos w/ an aluminum ladder + I asked if I could borrow his ladder to get some height to take photos (I did). Two distinct annexes, but this is one (NW corner) that Volanakis thinks was baptistery." |
