Description Dr. Keefe notes the continuity between this grave stele and ancient hellenistic grave stelae. The scene is called a "dexiosis" (shaking right hands in farewell), and the inscription (koimeteria diaphrou) means "grave belonging to". Mid-4th c. B.C. from Keratea in Attica.
