4.2 Mellon Faculty Fellowship, Harvard University, 1987–1988

In 1987, Dr. Keefe applied for the prestigious and competitive Andrew W. Mellon Fellowship, allowing her a one-year teaching commitment at Harvard University and access to their libraries and facilities for her research. Her application, as well as extensive hand-written responses to the questions she anticipated would come in her interview ("Who will read your book?" "Why Harvard?") are in the Keefe Collection, Box 2, Folder 40.
