dc.description.abstract Neoclassical building that served as the temple (synagogue) for the Jewish Emanuel congregation of Dutch Reform Judaism from the time it split from Willemstad's Mikve Israel Congregation in 1866 until it reconciled with Mikve Israel until 1964. The building now houses the Counsel for Prosecution within Curacao's government. en_US
